CZ FRUIT, Market-oriented Syndicate was established
in May 1998.The Syndicate's main subject of enterprise is marketing of fruit produced
by its members.The Syndicate sells fruit produced by its members under the registered
business name CZ FRUIT. Our members intensively cultivate fruits and their orchards cover
the most significant fruit-growing areas in Czech republic.

The Syndicate controls dominant share of the domestic fruit market. The sale is realized
through our own network of wholesale outlets (thereinafter marked as PP), which are located
in main fruit-growing regions throughout entire Czech republic.

The sale of apples makes the largest segment of The Syndicate's turnover. The annual
average sale of apples reaches approximately 50 000 tons. The other traded kinds of fruit
are strawberry, bilberries, cherry, sour cherry, pears, apricots, peaches, plums, currants
and some other low-voluminal kinds of fruit.

The Syndicate supplies market with wide varieties of apples and The Syndicate also creates
conditions for a regular and high-quality supply of the market with the widest possible
range of goods during the entire year. In an order to fulfil this task The Syndicate uses
its own warehouses with the capacity approximately 43 000 tons equipped with sorting and
packing technologies.

The top quality of supplied fruit is one of The Syndicate's main goals. It is a permanent
process, which must take place in all phases of the production and sale.To guarantee the
best quality, the growers - members of The Syndicate participate in the SISPO (Union for
integrated systems of fruit-growing) program.This platform prefers ecologically acceptable
methods of fruit-growing, minimalizes side effects of agro-chemicals and emphasises the
protection of the environment and the health of customers.
